Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner Disclaimer:
Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® practitioners do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. Nothing shared with clients is intended to substitute for the advice, treatment, or diagnosis of a qualified licensed physician. Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) Practitioners may not make any medical diagnoses or claim, nor substitute for your personal physician’s care. It is the role of a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner to partner with their clients to provide ongoing support and accountability in an opt-in model of self-care and should be done under the supervision of a licensed physician.


Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


Shipping: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you review the shipping details provided during checkout.


Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

For Clients Seeking FDN Services


Our FDN-P services include functional nutrition consultations, wellness coaching, and comprehensive functional lab testing. Please ensure that you review the scope of services, payment terms, and confidentiality details outlined in your signed Terms of Service agreement. Please refer to your signed Terms of Service agreement for detailed information regarding your FDN services, including the scope of services, payment terms, confidentiality, and other relevant policies. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that agreement.


Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


Order Cancellation, Refund Policy, and FDN Services

Due to the nature of our products and services, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • FDN Services
    All Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) services are subject to the terms outlined in your signed Terms of Service agreement. Please refer to that agreement for details on cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Once services are rendered, they are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
  • Ebooks
    All sales for digital products, such as The Postpartum Meal Prep Guide and Understanding Celiac, are final. Due to the instant access to these downloadable products, we do not offer refunds. We ensure all digital products, including ebooks, are of high quality. If you experience any technical issues with downloading or accessing the content, please contact us at

  • Merchandise (e.g., t-shirts)
    Our merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party dropshipping provider. Please refer to the provider’s return and exchange policy for specific information. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    You do not have the right to cancel orders or request refunds for the following:
  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons, or which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital products (like ebooks) that have been delivered and accessed.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.


The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.


Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express. In addition to traditional credit and debit cards, we accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Stripe, and other secure online payment methods.


Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

If these discussions do not lead to a resolution, disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Massachusetts, United States, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
