Hi, I'm Annie

This is the program I wish I had when I first started feeling “off” but didn’t know where to turn.

When I was post-mono with a life I no longer recognized…
When symptoms were building but no one had answers…

When I was postpartum and wanted a check-in...

That’s why I built The Reset.

It’s a starting point — not a forever plan. But it’s the first step toward understanding your body and building real, sustainable health.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What’s the difference between this and working with a conventional doctor or specialist?

Most conventional providers focus on isolated symptoms and standard bloodwork. They often don’t have the time or bandwidth to help you build true health — they’re trained to step in when something goes wrong. If your labs come back “normal,” you’re often told everything looks fine… even when you feel anything but.

In this program, we take a different approach. We focus on building long-term health instead of just managing symptoms. Using the GI-MAP and a whole-body lens, we uncover hidden imbalances and create a personalized protocol tailored to you — your lifestyle, your goals, and your season of life.

Working with an FDN-P doesn’t replace your doctor. We believe in both conventional and functional care — they complement one another.

  • What lab is used, and what does it test for?

The Reset uses the GI-MAP, a comprehensive gut health test that evaluates digestion, inflammation, pathogens, and more. It's one of the most insightful tools to identify hidden imbalances in your gut that may be impacting your energy, hormones, immune system, or overall well-being.

  • How do I get started?

Click here to apply and tell us a bit about yourself and your health goals. You’ll then be invited to book a free 30-minute discovery call to make sure we’re the right fit — no pressure, just a conversation.

  • What if I'm postpartum or breastfeeding?

You’re in the right place — I’ve been there myself. While we’re more limited with supplements during breastfeeding, the GI-MAP and most lifestyle shifts are completely safe and can be tailored to your current season.

Depending on your results, I may recommend retesting after weaning to deepen support.

  • How long is the protocol?

You’ll receive a 6-week personalized D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® protocol — designed around your results, goals, and lifestyle. Some supplement recommendations may extend beyond the 6 weeks, and you’ll have guidance on how to move forward after the program ends.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a starting point for sustainable, root-cause healing. and clarity around what’s actually going on in their bodies.

    everybodyThis isn’t a quick fix — it’s a starting point for sustainable, root-cause healing.

  • Are labs included in the price?

The GI-MAP is billed separately and costs $360.

  • Do you work with men?

Yes! While most of my practice is focused on women’s health, I do work with men — especially those navigating gut issues, fatigue, stress, or metabolic shifts. If it feels like a fit, you’re welcome to apply and schedule a free discovery call to learn more.

  • Can I upgrade to the One Bite Signature Program?

Yes — and you’ll receive a discount if you do! The Reset is a great way to get started and gather foundational insights. If you’re ready for deeper testing and support, we can apply a portion of your investment to the Signature program.

  • Do I have to live in Massachusetts?

Nope — my practice is fully virtual!

We can work together from anywhere in the U.S. (and select international locations), on your schedule. All sessions are held via video call, and labs are shipped directly to your door.

  • Do you take insurance?

No, I don’t bill insurance. Like many nutrition and wellness services, this is an out-of-pocket investment.

    However, you may:

✅ Use HSA or FSA funds

✅ Request a Superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement (note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan)

Unfortunately, many insurance plans don’t cover preventative, nutrition-focused, or functional testing — even when it’s the most effective option for long-term wellness.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available — just mention it when you apply.
