Welcome to One Bite to Wellness — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Annie Harriman: Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner (FDN-P) and mom living on the South Shore of Massachusetts with my husband, our toddler, and our cavapoo, Charlie.
Like many of my clients, I spent years searching for answers to symptoms that didn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis. After battling long-term fatigue and strange symptoms post-mono — and bouncing between doctors and “normal” labs — I finally found clarity through functional health. That’s when everything changed.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and POTS — and I’ve been managing both through a holistic, root-cause approach ever since. That journey inspired me to become an FDN-P, so I could offer others the kind of support I once needed.
At One Bite to Wellness, I offer personalized wellness plans grounded in functional lab testing, whole-body support, and 1:1 support. Whether you’re struggling with symptoms like bloating, fatigue, hormone shifts, or weight that won’t budge — or you’re simply ready to feel like yourself again — I’m here to help you get to the root and feel good in your body again.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me in a barre, pilates, or group strength class, exploring coffee shops and walking the beach with my family, or cooking up gluten-free meals at home. I believe food, movement, sunshine, and lifestyle are powerful tools — and when used with intention, they can help you thrive.
